School customers frequently order chemical ID cards made with epoxy resin and hardener. Companies commonly require PVC employee cards together with PVC, plastic or metal card holders and matching printed lanyards. The correct combination depends on daily use, required life, quantity and budget.

Company lanyard orders often include a multicolour logo, company name or slogan printed on satin material. Available fittings include plastic hooks, thumb hooks, fish hooks and bag hooks. Round or oval retractable yo-yo holders can also be supplied with a printed company logo where suitable.

Typical school or company orders are often around 1,000 to 2,000 cards, but requirements vary widely. Small schools may need approximately 20 cards, while multi-branch schools and large organisations can require 5,000 or even 10,000 or more. After a bulk order, smaller batches of 10 or 20 cards may be produced for newly admitted students or newly appointed employees.

Practical Service Commitments

How a 1,500-Card School Order Was Checked

For one school order of more than 1,500 cards, the student details arrived in an Excel sheet and the photographs were supplied in a renamed image folder. The records were organised class by class before populated card proofs were prepared.

The school received class-wise PDF proofs and printed them for the class teachers. Incorrect birth dates, mobile numbers and name spellings were marked in red pen and returned for correction. We applied those corrections one class at a time and prepared the final print files only after the revised records had been checked again.

This proofing stage takes time, but it is more useful than discovering the same data mistakes after hundreds of cards have already been printed. The school name is not published because student and customer information is treated as private order data.

Common Data Problems We Check Before Printing

First-time Excel files often contain incomplete or incorrect name spellings, birth dates and mobile numbers. Later batches for newly joined employees may introduce another problem: the new spreadsheet does not always follow the columns used for the earlier cards. Employee codes or birth-date columns may be missing, even though those fields appear in the approved design.

We compare the supplied fields with the approved card layout and point out obvious missing information before production. The organisation remains responsible for confirming the accuracy of its records, but a structured proof helps both sides find issues while they can still be corrected.

Production and Delivery Expectations

A typical order takes approximately 10 to 15 days after final proof approval, depending on quantity, material, fitting and finishing work. Some suitable orders can be completed in 3 to 5 days. We do not promise one-day production. When capacity, material and quantity allow, an urgent requirement may sometimes be completed in 2 to 3 days after confirmation.

Ahmedabad customers may collect an order through their staff, use a local porter service or request courier delivery. Orders outside Ahmedabad are normally dispatched by courier. Delivery charges are additional and are paid by the customer.

If an existing customer needs one new or replacement card, we can reproduce it from the saved approved design when the material remains available. Customer-requested replacement cards and delivery are chargeable. A card requiring replacement because of our confirmed production mistake is remade at our cost.
