These terms apply when you browse IDCard99, use an online tool, download a template or request a printing service.

By using the website, you agree to these terms and applicable law. Do not use IDCard99 to create or support fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access, deceptive documents or infringement of another person's rights.
You must have permission to use every organisation name, logo, photo and personal detail you submit. Fake or unauthorised government, police, press, school, company, event or access cards are prohibited. A generated card is not an official identity document and does not grant access, status or authority.
You are responsible for your inputs, the accuracy of generated output and the way it is used. Check spelling, photos, dates, numbers, codes, dimensions and print proof before production. Tools are provided as available and may change, fail or be temporarily unavailable.
Templates specifically offered as free downloads may be edited and used for legitimate personal or commercial card production without a royalty, subject to any instructions included with the download. This permission does not transfer ownership of IDCard99 branding, website code, articles, tool interfaces or other material, and it does not permit resale or redistribution of the original template files as a competing download collection.
You remain responsible for licences for fonts, logos, photos, software and third-party assets used in your project.
Quotations depend on quantity, material, print sides, finishing, accessories, delivery and smart-card specifications. A customer's approval of a design or populated proof confirms the displayed content for production. Timelines are estimates unless separately agreed, and courier delays may be outside our control.
RFID, NFC and access cards are not universally compatible. The customer must provide correct system requirements and approve sample testing with the authorised reader and software before bulk production.
Use of submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy. External websites and services have their own terms and policies; a link does not mean that IDCard99 controls or guarantees them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information, tools and downloads are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. IDCard99 is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, incorrect input, an unapproved proof, incompatible hardware or reliance on generated output as an official document. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
