Articles, dimensions, material descriptions and technical guidance are provided in good faith for general information. Requirements can vary by printer, software, card stock, reader, organisation, examination authority and jurisdiction. Check the current requirement with the relevant authority before relying on the information.
An ID card generator creates a design file; it does not verify identity, employment, enrolment, membership, access permission or government status. Only the authorised issuing organisation can approve and issue a valid card. Generated files must never be used for impersonation, fraud or unauthorised entry.
Colours, fonts, photos, barcodes and dimensions may appear differently across screens, software and printers. Users and ordering organisations must check the final proof, scan any QR code or barcode and test smart-card compatibility before bulk printing.
Tools and files are supplied as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, browser or software compatibility, recovery of submitted data or a particular print result. Keep your own source files and download completed work promptly.
External links may be provided for convenience, including software, fonts, maps and official guidance. Their content, availability, security and policies are controlled by their respective operators.
