IDCard99 is our online service, operated by Nareshbhai from 16 Suncastle Complex, near Nirman Tower on Gulab Tower Road, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad. Dhruv Lamination is our ID card manufacturing and printing business, and Dhruv Associates is the office and business identity displayed at this location. Our dedicated ID card work began around 2020–2021, after years of serving schools and local customers with trophies, medals, certificates, keychains, photo lamination and religious gift articles.

The move into ID card manufacturing came from the customers themselves. Schools that already knew our trophy, medal and certificate work began asking us to prepare their student identity cards. As more schools made the same request, we studied the design, material, proofing and production requirements and developed ID card manufacturing into a regular part of Dhruv Lamination.

Today we prepare authorised identity cards for schools, colleges, coaching classes, companies, security agencies, societies, NGOs, event teams, medical organisations, doctors, hotels, restaurants, shops and other legitimate organisations. We work with both private and authorised public-sector requirements, subject to verification and approval.

What We Make

Our regular work includes PVC identity cards, paper cards, employee cards, school and student cards, visitor cards, security staff cards, event passes and membership cards. We also provide card holders, pouches and printed or plain lanyards. Depending on the requirement, lanyards may use cotton or satin material with screen printing or multicolour digital printing.

We also manufacture chemical cards made with resin and hardener, along with standard PVC card options. Material selection depends on the intended use, required life, finish, quantity and budget. For smart-card requirements such as RFID, NFC or access control, the card specification must also match the customer's authorised reader or software.

Hands-On Quality and Service

Nareshbhai personally pays close attention to material purchasing, print quality and the suitability of each material for the requested job. Supporting staff assist with work such as holder and lanyard fitting, packing and courier preparation. This division allows the important design, material and print decisions to remain closely supervised while routine finishing and dispatch work moves efficiently.

One practical difference in our service is support for small replacement quantities. If a company appoints one new employee, or a student loses or damages a card, we can reproduce even a single card in the approved design and comparable quality instead of requiring the organisation to place another large order. Availability depends on the saved design, material and current production setup, but we make a genuine effort to help existing customers with these small requirements.

If a confirmed production mistake is made by us, we correct and replace the affected card without charging the customer again. Our aim is to solve the problem fairly rather than leave the customer with an unusable card.

Design, Data and Proof Approval Process

We normally begin by understanding the organisation, card type, orientation, fields, colour preference, logo, photo style and quantity. A design is then prepared for review. If the customer requests changes to colours, fonts, field placement or other practical details, the layout is revised and shown again.

Student or employee data may be supplied through an Excel or CSV file, a Google Form, WhatsApp, a written form or a private online portal created for the organisation. The method depends on the size and workflow of the order. A custom portal can help a school, college or company collect individual records and show each user a proof without repeatedly typing the same information into separate files.

Before production, we prepare populated proofs so names, photographs, dates, contact details and organisation information can be checked. The customer reviews the proof and returns corrections if required. Printing starts only after the design and final data are approved. This process cannot prevent every possible source-data error, but it greatly reduces avoidable mistakes and gives the organisation a clear opportunity to verify the cards before manufacturing.

Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to collect and submit personal information, sharing only the data needed for the card and checking the final proof. We use the supplied information for the requested design, proofing and production workflow.

Not every visitor needs a bulk printing order. A small company may require only four or five cards, while an office may suddenly need a temporary card before a meeting or audit. A school may need a quick replacement after a child loses or damages a card.
