Before Sending a Notice

Confirm that you own the copyright or are authorised to act for the owner, identify the exact material and consider whether the use may be licensed or otherwise lawful. Do not send a complaint merely because content is similar in topic or style.

Information Required

Send a written notice containing:

• Your full name, organisation, postal address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved.
• The exact IDCard99 URL and a clear description of the material you want reviewed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send It

Email the notice to info@idcard99.com with the subject Copyright Complaint. You may also use the address shown on our contact page. Include direct URLs; screenshots alone may not identify the material.

Review and Action

We may request clarification, restrict or remove material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice, and notify the person who supplied the material where appropriate. Incomplete or misleading notices may delay action. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact us with the removed URL, your explanation, your contact information and a signed statement supporting your position. We may share relevant notice information with the parties involved and seek legal guidance before restoring material.
